The final stop of our Mission Assemblies Tour took us to one of our largest audiences in Sacred Heart Primary School. Andrew came along for this one and Rijlke had recovered enough to take up her role as cheerleader once more.

The final day of our Mission Tour saw us first visit St Joseph's Primary School and what a reception we got with a special St Joseph's round of applause to greet us.

Our third stop of the day was at St John Vianney Primary School where even the infants were getting in on the fun. We met a girl who had taken part in the race life and one boy who did some amazing actions to the song and is destined to go far!

This morning Mission Control visited St Teresa's, St Cuthbert's and St John Vianney Primary schools to launch EMS Mission 2009! What a wonderful and uplifting experience. Photos and videos will be available for your viewing hopefully today or at the latest the end of the week. Mission Control excelled themselves, so professional and really brought the schools alive in their ministry to the younger ones.

On the Sunday of pentecost I did the evening prayer launch for the mission in St.Josephs church.
I was really nervous on the night and thought that I would be doing it with somebody else, turns out i ended up on my own! It came to the end of mass and I was shaking. I got up and read, but stumbled a bit because I got distracted by a little toddler running up and down the aisle screaming, I kept telling myself to not look. In the end it turns out I did alrite!! :)
Thanks for reading i hope i didnt bore you!

This weekend saw the launch of the Mission in each parish around the town.
Several members of Mission Control visited the Churches in town to hand out the prayer cards and let you know a little bit more about the Mission.
In the coming weeks we are hoping to visit the primary schools to let them know about the Mission and also handing out the cards to those in English Martyrs School so look back for more information on that shortly.
