Triduum - Maundy Thursday

So here we are as we enter into the Easter Triduum as we begin our journey recalling the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus. Today is Maundy Thursday, the day in which we hear the gospel of Jesus washing the feet of his disciples at the last supper and the priest re-enacts this for us after the gospel. At the end of mass the blessed sacrament is taken to the altar of repose followed by adoration of the eucharist until late into the evening.
